★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 温めたタイルの上に着衣で寝る方式で岩盤浴に似ていますが、さらに低温低湿度なので楽に汗が出て体に優しい感じがします。ちょっとした体調不良なら陶板浴で温まるとスッキリするので、私は何年もここの常連です。
It is similar to bedrock bath by wearing clothes on warm tile, but because it is low temperature and low humidity, sweat easily comes out and feels gentle to the body. For a bad physical condition it will be refreshing when it is warmed in a ceramic plate bath, so I am regular here for many years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 利用客は老若男女。サウナでも岩盤浴でもない、初めてのひとにはまるで異次元のような陶板浴。温められた陶板の上にタオルを敷いて横になり、何にも考えずにボーーっとしていると、体が背骨から温まってきて汗がじわりじわり出てきます。
一見、ただの一軒家だけど、建物内は空気がとても澄んでいて心地よく、また陶板浴室内もカラッとしていて息苦しさが全くないので体に負担をかけずに温まることができます。(初めての人は仕組みと入浴方法を詳しく教えてくれます。)
初来店の人は入浴料とレンタルの浴衣(作務衣の上下)とバスタオル・フェイスタオル、水分補給用ペットボトルが１本ついて1000円で体験できます。二回目以降は1080円でタオルや着替えは自分で用意します(有料なので)。
入浴料は一日券なので何回入っても?(ムリしないでね)。
ナビをいれていけばたどり着けますが、最後の曲がる場所が少し分かりにくいのでお店に電話してからのおでかけをおすすめします。

The patrons are young and old. It is neither a sauna nor a bedrock bath. If you lay down with a towel on a heated ceramic plate and lie down without thinking, your body will warm up from your spine and sweat will gradually come out.
At first glance, it is just a single house, but the air inside the building is very clear and comfortable, and the porcelain bathroom is crisp and has no stuffiness, so you can warm up without straining your body. (The first person will tell me the mechanism and bathing method in detail.)
First-time visitors can experience a bathing fee and rental yukata (top and bottom of the work clothes), a bath towel, a face towel, and a bottle of hydration for 1000 yen. For the second and subsequent times, you will need to prepare towels and changing clothes for 1080 yen (because it is charged).
The bathing fee is a one-day ticket, so no matter how many times you enter, don't worry about it.
You can get there by navigating, but we recommend going out after calling the shop because the last turn is a bit confusing.

でも10分位陶板のうえで寝ているとじんわりとあせがたら～と流れてくる
背中ポカポカ じんじんしてくるところは自分が気づかないけど具合が悪いとこだなってピンポイントでわかる
本来自分が持ってる自然治癒力効果を実感できる
陶板浴した日は数日よく眠れる
