コロナ前のホーム長（小松本さん）が良かっただけに非常に残念です。
施設長が変わったせいか、看護師の対応もひどくなり、大事な家族を預けるのにはとてもお勧めできません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ベネッセスタイルケア コールセンターの相談員さんに何度か相談をし、単身でも保証人として弁護士・司法書士などを立てれば良い旨伺っていました。見学予約の時点で当該施設にもその情報は伝わっていました。しかし、見学前の面談で施設長が拒否の姿勢を全面に出してきました。「親族がいない人は困る。何かあった時に来てくれない」とのこと。今時、親族がすぐ駆けつけられる近場にいる人どれだけいるでしょうか？海外に駐在などして居れば状況により数ヶ月は帰れません。弁護士や司法書士は家族並のことが出来ないからとおっしゃってました。相談員さんからは他の施設でそのような保証人の立て方（弁護士・司法書士等）で入居された方がいると聞いています。グランダ豊田元町の施設長様はおかしな思想の持ち主でいらっしゃいます。面談は3分ほどで耐えられなくなり荷物をまとめて立ち上がりました。施設長：「見学されないんですか？」はぁ？入居要件すら満たさない人が見学なんかしたら迷惑でしょう。
