ミ	ミライノワダイ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日エアコン交換してもらいましたが、到着３０分前には予め電話するよう言われたのに結局電話はなく、突然の訪問。名刺も貰えず担当者の名前も分からず、1時間半で終わる言われたのに2時間半かかり、作業中も突然外へ出たかと思えばエアコンから突然水が流れ出し床が濡れ、モデム・ルーターにもかかりました。こちらで水が落ちるところに容器を入れて対応しましたが…担当者がしばらくそれに気づかず作業し続けたのでこちらからモデム・ルーターにもかからないよう注意を入れました。設置した日の晩にエアコンから水漏れして、早急に対応してほしいと直ぐに電話したら、次の日の午前中には行きますねーと言われたが音沙汰なし。5,6回こちらからコールしたらようやく出て、行くんじゃなくて電話だけするつもりでしたと...今日一日水漏れしっぱなしなのですがと話したらが、専用の機械がないと対応できないと業者都合のことを言われましたが、こちらのエアコン直下にあった範囲はその間何も置けない状況でした。70万円するパソコンにも水がかかり、合計2日間の立会い・合計作業時間4時間にも及びすごく不快な思いをしましたが、謝罪の一言もなく。名刺もらえますか？と聞いたら、名刺は持っていないと。大手の業者にエアコン交換を頼んだことがありますが（おおよそ1/2の早さです。漏水ミスもなし。）、比べるとあまりにもレベルが低すぎるので、レビューさせていただきました。 I had the air conditioner replaced the other day, but 30 minutes before my arrival, I was told to call in advance, but in the end there was no phone and I visited suddenly.
