とにかく、美味しい。間違いない。 『 バーベキューで焼くやつ、5人分くらい 』とか『 天ぷらにするヤツ、3人分くらい 』 みたいに言うたら、『 ~肉でエエか? ~グラムくらいでエエんちゃうか? 』 って感じで用意してくれます。 ( 僕は ナニ肉がええとか あんまりわかってないんで、おまかせしてます ) バーベキューで焼いたら、(牛)肉より美味しくて あっ ちゅう間に無くなる事が多いです。   よっ ぽどエエ(牛)肉を用意せんと、太刀打ちできん。 家からかなり遠いけど、わざわざ山越えて買いに行きます。 途中に 『 道の駅いながわ 』もあるしね~ ❗... あ、あと、近くにある仲しいたけ園のしいたけ❗ バーベキューに 中元かしわ店の鶏肉と 仲しいたけ園のしいたけは、絶対必需品です ✌️ ⚠️ 仲しいたけ園のしいたけは、だいたい 道の駅いながわでも売ってます ?

親鳥が食べたくてドライブがてら片道二時間半ほどかけて買いに行きました。正月2日で休みかなと思いつつ電話入れるとOKだったので目当ての親鳥調達完了!おばちゃんの気前も人柄も最高でした。今日買いだめしたの無くなったら次もここから買います! 味は文句なしでした!

車で通りがかり、通過したけれどUターン。 お店はあまり大きくなく、分かりやすい看板がある訳ではないので分かりにくいのだけれども とても気になって。 美味しいものセンサー(感がはたらき)が反応したようです。 昔からある様な鶏肉屋さん。 精肉と焼鳥を購入して帰りました。 焼鳥がとても美味しくて! もっと買えば良かった!!! 精肉(鶏モモ)もとても美味しいきれいな鶏肉でした。 今度、近くに行ったらまた買って帰ろう!

評判をきいてはじめて伺いました。場所は猪名川の道の駅から北に1キロほどの所。店舗の南隣(道の駅側)に詰めれば3台ほど停められる駐車場があります。 串メニューは、身、皮、砂ズリ、ハート、肝の5種類。 1本の値段は焼串が100円、生串が80円。今回は5種を各2本計10本と、骨付ももを1本(170円/100グラム、この大きさで500円でした)。 店内では若い女性が接客を、おばさんと若い男性が台の上の肉を手際よく串に刺しておられます。お客さんがつぎつぎと来られますが、テキパキ捌いて行かれるのでそれほど待たずに買うことができました。 キャンプ場に移動して、炭火で焼いていただくと脂がジュワッと溢れてき、臭みはまったくなくとても美味しい!骨付ももはフライパンで焼きましたが、こちらも美味しかったです。 肉の種類がたくさんあったので、次回は他の部位を食べてみたいのと、ここで写真を拝見するとお店のタレが美味しそうなので、串は焼串もいただいてみたいです。そうそうそれとヒネ鳥も忘れずに。 ご馳走さまでした、また伺います。

Customers came one after another, but I was able to buy it without having to wait too long because I was able to handle it quickly. If you move to the campsite and bake it over charcoal, the fat will overflow and it will be very delicious with no odor! I baked the peaches with bones in a frying pan, which was also delicious. There were many kinds of meat, so I would like to try other parts next time, and if you look at the picture here, the sauce in the shop looks delicious, so I would like to have grilled skewers as well. 府内最北端、兵庫、京都、三都県の境付近に位置する中元かしわ店。旨い焼鳥があるお店。10年以上通う老舗店。もも肉を骨付のまんま、ほろほろに調理するならこちらがベスト。美味しい、かしわはこちらで買って帰るのがベスト。 そこでお勧めは、焼鳥。昭和的、電気式の加熱器で調理して頂ける代物。捌き部位が鳥身ながら皮の使い方が素晴らしいとしか言いようの無い打ち方なんです。甘い目のたれは小分けにして、頂ける。焼き加減は、レア。持ち帰って、日本酒に漬けて、オープンでチン。間違いなくうまいのです。感謝です。

気をつけないと、サッと通り過ぎる道路沿いの店。 当日は串焼き5本盛りを二つと雛鳥と若鳥のモモを一枚ずつ。 串はタレが付属してあったけど、そのままガブリ。塩胡椒無く冷えてても美味い! 今度は持ち帰り自分で焼こうと思う。 自宅で、モモを焼いて雛鳥は鍋にした。 ともに上手くて、また買いに行く!
