受け取りに行く30分以上前にFAXで処方箋を送りました。
受け取りに行くと『しばらくお待ち下さい』と言ったきり店の奥に入り放置。
10分以上経って出てきて『薬剤師がいないので後で来てもらえますか？』
どう言う対応でしょう？
小学生の留守番でももうちょっとちゃんとした受け答え出来るし?
時間を節約する為に事前に医院からFAXで処方箋送って貰ってる意味無いし?
薬剤師が居なくて薬出せないなら、受け取りに来た時に直ぐに言えや‼️
こんな対応する薬局は直ぐにでも消えて貰いたい。
少なくとも我が家は２度と使わん?

There is no point in sending prescriptions by fax from the clinic in advance to save time
If you don't have a pharmacist and can't give you medicine, ️
