★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メインエントランスは思ったよりも小さめの作りです。24時間ゴミ出し可能で大規模な住居の割にはコンパクトにまとまってます。ワークスペースやパーティールーム、ゲストルームなど設備もまぁまぁあります。部屋の日当たりは基本いいですね。定期借地権のマンションなので2082年にはぶっ壊されますけど資産残さないって人なら良いんじゃないでしょうか？駅近で魅力的な物件だと思います。
