★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この会社で建築した物件を所有したところ、新築時からであろう施工不良を連絡をしたところ、当時の施工レベルなのでという回答、メンテナンスを入れてないからという回答。大分高圧的な態度！

ありえない！
メンテナンスはだいたい新築から10年周期だろう。
施工不良というのは階段室（廊下）の水勾配がとれていなく雨が降ると常に水溜りができてしまい玄関扉PSドア（扉も枠も沓摺も鉄）がみずに触れてる状態！
全6室があり1室だけ鉄扉、枠等の爆裂がひどい。全室同様ならメンテナンスしてないという理由は通るがこれでは理由にならない！
そもそもこの状態で10年もたてば相当錆びていたはず！
げんざいは枠に穴が空き丁番のところまで爆裂してしまっている！
施工後の確認もしてないと思われる！
なかなかの建設会社である。

Poor construction means that the water gradient in the staircase (corridor) is not smooth, and when it rains, a puddle is always formed, and the entrance door PS door (door, frame, and iron) is touching itself!
There are 6 rooms in total, and only one room has a terrible explosion of iron doors and frames. If all rooms are the same, the reason for not maintaining is passed, but this is not the reason!
In the first place, it should have been rusted considerably after 10 years in this state!
Genzai has a hole in the frame and has exploded to the hinge!
It seems that we have not confirmed it after construction!
