昨日５年目の更新をしてきました。家から遠いので週に一度のペースで通っています。あと毎月開催される愛知池一周(7.4km)を歩くイベントもできるだけ参加するようにしています。短期間での効果はわからなかったりですが、４年前を振り返ってみると結構変わってますね(^^ゞここのジムに来るまでは運動は一切していなかったので、体重は63→53で8㎏減、ウエストは76→72で4㎝減りました。会社から駐車場までの緩い登り坂も結構きつく感じてたのが、今は楽に歩けるようになりました。コツコツ続ければ効果がでるもんですね。
