★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 保育士が泣き叫んでいる園児である他のお子さんの腕を、保育士が声を荒げて引きづり引っ張っていました。
なぜ抱っこしてあげないのかが大変疑問でした。
私の子供が泣いていたので、トラブルがあったのかを聞きましたが、『楽しく遊んでいたので無いです』と返答する別の保育士。
目の前で子供に何かあったか聞くと、『◯◯ちゃんが大声で怒った』と言うと、『◯◯ちゃんとケンカしちゃったんだよね〜』とすぐに保育士の言い分が変わりました。
園長が今年から変わり、トラブルの対応力は
前任の方があった印象。
園児の服を破いてしまっても保証しなかったらしい。
やはり公務員なので、お役所仕事的なイメージなのかしら？
少し離れても、別の保育園に行くべきかも…。
ここに預けること、私には不安しかありません…。
