梅元老舗の想い
梅元老舗店主/菓子職人 梅景俊之梅元老舗四代目の梅景俊之です。
梅元老舗のある野洲は近江富士と呼ばれる美しい三上山、鈴鹿山系からとうとうと流れる水が琵琶湖へと注ぎ込む大河野洲川があり、とても風光明媚なところです。そして、歴史のある町です。
そんな素晴らしい土地に明治18年初代梅景元治郎が店を構え120年余りずっとこの町とともに和菓子作りをして参りました。
四代目の私は、梅元老舗の伝統を守りつつ新しい和菓子も探求しながら、皆さまに常に喜んでいただけるような和菓子作りをしたいと努力しております。
和菓子を通して日本の四季のすばらしさやこの野洲の地の文化を後世に伝えていきたいと思っております。
梅景 俊之プロフィール
1959年梅元老舗の長男として生まれる。
大学卒業後、大阪の松福堂の故松本武四氏（現代の名工卓越技能賞受賞、勲六等受賞）の元で三年間修行する。
松本氏はとても優れた技術者であり、松福堂で学んだ数多くのことが現在におおいに生かされている。
その後、梅元老舗において、先代の故梅景昭三郎（父）とともに、梅元老舗の味を守り、探求し続けてきた。
平成12年には一級技能士の資格を取得。
平成23年に滋賀県知事より「おうみの名工」に認定される。年に数回、菓子研究団体の講師や、地域の和菓子体験教室などの講師も務めている。

３色団子と水無月を買いたくて来店。季節物だそうで、通常は、販売されていないそうな残念でした。

３色団子は、花見シーズン。
水無月は、夏のみだそうです。

地元に密着し、愛されてるお店だと感じました。
