On holidays, I stopped by while touring my bike. I bought 2 bags of delicious new tea. Both the taste and the fragrance are wonderful, and I enjoy it every day. I'm happy. The matcha candy (soft caramel-style candy) I got from the service was also delicious! New tea sought in a beautiful tea plantation in May. it's the best. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国産の烏龍茶が買えるということで訪問し購入しました。最初100度近いお湯で入れたらかなりエグみが強く美味しくなかったのですが、60～70度くらいのお湯で入れたところエグみは抑えめで芳醇な香りとうまみを楽しむことができました。ただそれでも多少エグみはあるのと、一般的に想像する烏龍茶とは色も味も違うので試飲してから購入するかどうか決めるといいと思います。
それとできればパッケージに推奨抽出温度を書いて頂きたいです

At first, when I put it in hot water of about 100 degrees Celsius, it was not very tasty, but when I put it in hot water of about 60 to 70 degrees Celsius, I was able to enjoy the mellow scent and umami. However, there is still some harshness, and the color and taste are different from the oolong tea that you generally imagine, so I think you should decide whether to purchase after tasting.
If possible, please write the recommended extraction temperature on the package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吉野園の紅茶と加藤牧場の濃厚チーズケーキで埼玉県産セットをお土産にしようと思い、こちらに立ち寄りました。
吉野園はお茶の有機農園、製造工場、販売店が同じ敷地にあるので、畑の茶葉を実際に見られます。
感じのいい店員さんから紅茶の茶葉には紅茶用に栽培された「べにひかり」と、緑茶と同じ茶葉から造られた「ふくみどり」があるとお聞きしましたが、今回は便利なティーバッグを購入しました。
紅茶も狭山茶もマイルドでとてもおいしかったですが、サービスで頂いた抹茶アメもなかなかでした(^ ^)。

Yoshinoen has an organic tea plantation, a manufacturing factory, and a store on the same site, so you can actually see the tea leaves in the field.
I heard from a pleasant clerk that there are "Benihikari" cultivated for black tea and "Fukumidori" made from the same tea leaves as green tea, but this time it is a convenient tea bag. I bought.
Both the black tea and Sayama tea were mild and very delicious, but the matcha candy that I received from the service was also quite good (^ ^).
