T	Tom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 教育を!　全国20店舗以上見たがどこも簡単にマナーを守っていない方を見れる　スタッフも注意しないのでそれで大丈夫　もしくは知っててやってる　どちらにしても快適に使えなくなる。事務所に閉じこもっているスタッフの教育に本社から行くべきでは？忙しいならまだしも私語を話していて忙しそうには見えない　もっとお客様のために働いてください! Education! I've seen more than 20 stores nationwide, but I can easily see people who don't follow good manners. The staff doesn't pay attention, so it's okay, or I know it. Either way, I can't use it comfortably. Should I go from the head office to educate the staff who are locked up in the office? If you're busy, you're still speaking your own language and it doesn't look like you're busy. Work for more customers!
M	M N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今年の春頃（2021年）に出来た24hジムです。トレーニングマシンや器具は、大手ボディビルジムにも引けを取らない本格的なラインナップ、こんな片田舎にはオーバースペックとも言えるほどです。筋トレガチ勢としては本当にうれしい限りです。内装もモダンな感じです。会員のマナーも全般的に良い方だと思います。が、清掃やメンテナンスについては床にこぼれたドリンクの跡や、会員が返却し忘れた貸出タイマーが数日間放置してあったり、マシンに埃が積もっていることがあり、残念な感じです。また、夏場は快適だったのですが、秋頃からジムフロアの室温がめちゃくちゃ寒いです（夜に利用しています）。ジムの至適温度は22~25℃とも言われてますが、ここは測ってみると16℃ちょっとしかありません！寒すぎます。クレームも入っている様ですが一向に改善されていません。しかもエントランスホールやトイレの方が暖かいと言う謎の温度管理です。厚着をしても汗を掛けば体が冷えてしまいます。これでは風邪を引くだけでなく怪我や事故の原因になりかねません。トレーニーにとっては致命的です。改善されると良いですが、寒いとモチベーションも低下しますので、これから入会を考えておられる方は他の競合ジムとその辺も比較されると良いと思います。 ※温度管理については、12月以降改善されました、真冬日でも半袖で快適です。 It is a 24h gym that was built around this spring (2021). However, regarding cleaning and maintenance, it is a pity that there are traces of drinks spilled on the floor, a rental timer that the member forgot to return for several days, and dust on the machine. Also, although it was comfortable in the summer, the room temperature on the gym floor has been extremely cold since autumn (I use it at night). It is said that the optimum temperature of the gym is 22 ~ 25 ℃, but when I measure it, it is only 16 ℃! It's too cold. It seems that there are complaints, but it has not been improved at all. Moreover, it is a mysterious temperature control that the entrance hall and toilet are warmer. Even if you wear heavy clothes, if you sweat, your body will get cold. This not only catches a cold, but can also cause injuries and accidents. Deadly for trainees. It would be nice if it could be improved, but if it's cold, your motivation will drop, so if you're thinking of joining, I think it's a good idea to compare it with other competing gyms. * Temperature control has been improved since December, and it is comfortable with short sleeves even on midwinter days.
