対応が最悪。こんな嫌な感じの病院ははじめてです。2歳の子が診察で泣いたら「うるさいから泣き止ませて」と。それができたら苦労はない。発熱があり中耳炎の子が、病院で先生に怒られて泣くなんて当たり前。普通に患者にキレてくる。どうかしてんじゃないかと思うレベル。ほしい1にしてるが、つけられるならマイナスにしたい? 予約をとっても数時間待つし、診察室は狭い。同じ待つなら、駅前や、隣駅にたくさん新しくて綺麗な小児科も耳鼻科とあるので、そちらのがよっぽどお勧めです。 大人に対しても、人に聞かれたくない事や恥ずかしい事、個人情報まで何でも大声で言う。ここへ行くとまずメンタルがやられます。

柏に引っ越してから15年ほど家族でお世話になっています。 コロナ対応で不満の投稿があるようですが、このクリニックは初期からコロナ対応をしっかりされていたので、個人的には受診する立場としても安心できると感じています。現状では、コロナが心配での受診でなくても、事前にWeb問診を受けて、コロナの疑いありと判断されると、発熱外来(ドライブスルー)の受診を指示されます。私も今回、たまたまアレルギーで鼻水の症状が出ていたので発熱外来になりました。確かに面倒です(し、納得できない人がいるのもわからなくもないです)が、感染抑制の上で優れたしくみだと思います。医療スタッフの保護はもちろん意識されているでしょうが、本クリニックは柏市で「PCR検査が可能な医療機関(発熱外来)」として公表にいち早く同意して、積極的に地域のコロナ対応に貢献されていると思います。 コロナ禍以前からの状況を知っているので、最近のコロナ対応でかなりのコストがかかっていることはわかります。経費の患者負担分も私としては納得できる範囲ですが、いずれにせよ保険診療の枠組みで行われているので、経費に関する制度設計は国の問題だと思います。 また、通常診療に関しては、当日にネットで順番を予約でき、リアルタイムで進行状況を確認できるので、自分の順番が近づいてから院内に入ればOKです。待合室で長時間で待つ必要はありません。 事前にクリニックのウェブページを良く読んでおくと、当日がっかりする確率が減らせるかなと思います。 近隣の住民なので潰れると困る(混雑しすぎても困る 笑)以外には利害関係のない、一利用者としてのコメントです(実名での投稿です)。

花粉症で、当日順番も取れたので久しぶり行きました。 以前にも増してweb予約等進化しており、問診票や保険証もwebで事前にお送り出来ました。 コロナ禍で辛口なクチコミも見受けられますが、診察を受ける側も、ある程度準備が必要かも思い、コメントさせていただきます。 この病院はいち早くコロナ対策されており、PCR検査も対応されていました。 現在も発熱外来をされておりますし、ドライブスルーPCR検査もされています。 ピカピカのホテルみたいな仕様ではありませんが、いま出来る事をしていただいていると感じており、ありがたいです。 先生2人とももう高齢であるにも関わらず、新しいシステムを導入され、感染対策をしながらの診療に頭が下がります。 色々ご意見あるかと思いますが、ニコニコと感じが良い、だけが医療のサービスとは言えないと思います、不快な思いをされた方はお気の毒かと思いますが、せっかくクチコミがありますので少しでも予習していただき、良い診察が受けられたらと近隣住民としては願います。 でもweb問診の内容が反映されてないのか、先生が希望と違うことを仰ってましたね、ちょっとお疲れのようでしたが心配です。 まぁ違うところは違うとお伝えし、希望をお伝えすれは良い事です、がいつもの先生の元気がなく心配でした。 予約必須ですが、以前よりは予約システムも良くなっていると思います。 だいたい1人15分はかかると計算すると、待ち時間の目安になります。 順番待ち3人くらいで待合室に入ると良いでしょう。⇒ここから1時間と考えると気が楽です。 順番待ちはあくまでも目安です、動かない時は出来るだけ自宅等で待ちましょう。 駐車場は急勾配で狭いです、注意が必要です。 車がないと待機はスペース的にも精神的にも難しいので、順番を見て、逆算しながら動かれると良いと思います。 現在はPayPayは使えず、d払いかauペイ、現金です。 1点、会計までがいつも長いので、ここが改善されるとグッと良くなると思いますね、ここは改善希望します、なぜか遅いなと毎度感じます。 精算の機械導入されても良いかと思います。 近くの薬局の方もいつも親切ですよ ちょっとレトロなので初めての方は驚くかもしれませんが、それだけ歴史のある病院と言うことでしょうか。 スタッフの皆さんもこれからもよろしくお願いいたします。
