ま	まちゃ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の質が悪すぎます。１人にしか接客されていないので全体的に悪いわけではないと思いますが、最悪な対応でした。購入する前にサンプルを頂こうと思い伺ったにも関わらず、「サンプルが欲しいのは分かったんだけど、どんな効果があるか知ってます？使い方を試して貰わないと渡せないので。」と、言われ、ドン引きしました。いい歳された痩せ身の髪を結いている方でしたが、教育はされていないのでしょうか？接客業としてふさわしくない対応です。この店舗では絶対に買いたくないと思い、後日伊勢丹で購入しました。伊勢丹と比較すると接客の質は天と地の差です。さすが伊勢丹様。二度と京王百貨店には行きません。最悪な気分です。 The quality of the clerk is too bad.
