It is a high-rise building boasting a height of 197 meters, which is the first in the Chugoku and Shikoku and Kyushu areas. The south side of the station which had been a little quiet until a couple of years ago became urban at once. The exterior is beautiful, especially like seeing the monkey river. Bic camera is included in the nuclear tenant.

One of the highlights of the redevelopment in front of the station, the inside of the building is nice, but the view from the next building is also nice. Foreign countries?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住居階はエレベーターを乗り換えなければならず駐車場も遠いので不便。見映えはよいですが。下はパチンコ店で環境も良くないと思います。
It is inconvenient because you have to change elevators on the residential floor and the parking lot is far away. It looks good, though. Below is a pachinko parlor and I don't think the environment is good.
