We waited and looked around for 5 minutes then returned to the office and again were just looked at and ignored. Maybe they don't like foreigners who want to spend money there.

You get the strong impression that the bums working there really don't welcome foreigners. I strongly advise not contacting this establishment.

A non-Japanese speaking friend had initiated the call before handing me (Japanese speaker) the phone, and I could hear the staff saying in the background that it wasn’t worth explaining to Foreigners (外人だから伝わらないだろうし面倒くさい).

J	Juan Cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap in price, but not worth it. The owner really doesn't care. Seemed lazy. They take no covid precautions. They have no hand sanitizer or anything to clean the helmets or steering wheel. He handed me a pair of gloves that he just grabbed from a pile as well. The go-karts are good. They have a good amount of power. The track itself is just ok. They could have made a better design with the amount of space they are working with. If you're in the area, I guess it's ok. But if you're making the trip, Harbor Circuit and New Tokyo Circuit are MUUUUCHHH better tracks.
