★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三階建ての建物の一階にあります。2階の塾に通ってるものです。下からどんどんと走り回る音や地面が少し揺れたりします。保育園だけの建物であれば走り回ったりするのも問題ないのかもしれないですが、3階建ての建物です。周りの方にも気を配るのが当たり前ではないでしょうか。泣き声とかが聞こえてくるくらいなら子供だししょうがないでしょうが、、。子供が悪いというわけではなく、走り回りたいなら外でいくらでもできるし、ある程度迷惑かからないように対処していただきたいです。周りに迷惑をかけてまで自由が尊重されるべきでしょうか。感情的になりすみません。ご検討お願いしたいです。
