It has gone through a Warner Brothers and Aeon Cinemas manifestations and hopefully is under steady and healthy ownership at the moment. The theater is very clean and the staff are extremely helpful if you approach them. Ticketing is all done in a self-service style and seats can be reserved via the website. There is a rewards program and an mobile app that gives access to discounts. Other special pricing features exist based on age, schooling or day of the week (for example, shows on Wednesdays are only 1,200 yen - very reasonable considering what you'd pay at other cinemas on a normal day). They do not have an IMAX theatre and I am not sure if they have 3D capability or not. I saw an action movie and was pleased with the sound and picture quality. I was tempted to buy a popcorn before the show, but it was 400 yen for a small. As I didn't see any indication of how "big" a small is, and as it looked like maybe the popcorn wasn't recently popped, I decided against it. If I am in the area again, I plan to see a film here in the future.
