校正時に住所の間違いを指摘して訂正して頂いたはずなのだが修正がされていなかった。その為、修正前の住所に送付され、納期が3週間遅れた。個人事業主にとっては致命傷になりかねない。謝罪もない。二度と利用しないことは言うまでもない。

I should have pointed out and corrected the mistake in the address when proofreading, but it was not corrected. Therefore, it was sent to the address before correction and the delivery time was delayed by 3 weeks. It could be fatal to a sole proprietor. There is no apology. Vistaprint Japan not only failed to inform its customers with incomplete orders that their production is being delayed due to the typhoon until 10 days later, they also decided that we could not cancel our order. No replies to emails until then. And even then it was an automated email. Called many times but always the machine during business hours. No one is doing ANY customer service. We have deadline and we can’t rely on a service that may or may not deliver. It’s way past delivery date. Unbelievable. You really have to get your act together. ビスタプリントジャパンは台風で工場が停止している事を10日も隠していて、発送が遅れるかもしれません、のような自動メールを返してきました。それも何度も問い合わせた後で。電話も全く出ずに自動応答のみ。そしてキャンセルも出来ないと。担当者も出てこない。来るか来ないか分からないサービスにお金なんか払えません。もう間に合わないのに。ひど過ぎます。

Automatic answering without any calls. And you can't cancel. The person in charge does not come out. You can't pay for services that you don't know whether to come or not. I ca n’t make it anymore. Too bad.
