★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大型の駐車場が2年経っても一向に空く気配がないです。
車を持ってる人はここのマンションは辞めといた方が良いと思います。
生活し辛いです。
また、朝2階のエレベーターで前に小学生が何人も溜まっていて、通りずらくかなり迷惑してます。
朝はエレベーターを利用する人も多いにも関わらず、管理人の方は注意や配慮など全くしてくれないです。
高い管理費を払っているのにそれに見合うサービスは全くと言って良い程無いです。
トータル的に見て駐車場が空かない問題、朝の小学生エレベーター前に溜まる問題が改善されない限りかなり生活し辛いマンションです。
