肝心の契約書も誤記がいくつかあり、作成した張本人も、申し訳ございません、というより、テヘッみたいなリアクションで失礼だなと思いました。
また、担当者も時間を守れないし、守れないなら一報入れるのが社会人の常識かと思いますが、お詫びの言葉もありませんでした。
高いお買い物をする顧客の気持ちなんて考えてないようで残念でした。
