★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事は運送系ならではのキツさだが大抵客先の無茶ぶりなので会社自体にはあまり罪は無い。ドライバーは色んな個性の人がいる、他の会社と違うのはドライバーと上司（営業所)との距離が近いこと。ドライバーの意見も聞いてくれるし可能な範囲で調整もしてくれる。居心地は結構良かったかな？

Drivers have people with various personalities, and what is different from other companies is that the distance between the driver and his boss (sales office) is close. It also listens to the driver's opinions and makes adjustments to the extent possible. Was it pretty comfortable?
