★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 派遣で行きました、その日の帰り際社員から財布がなくなった、持ち物検査をしたい言われました。もちろん取ってないですけどその日の出勤のパート、派遣、全員の持ち物検査をさせられました。
持ち物検査する前に盗難届を出せばいいのにと思いましたけど本当に気分が悪かったです。
なくなったのは自分の管理の甘さやだらしなさでしょ？
疑われた事に苛立ちや悔しさ、庇ってくれない派遣先の上の対応などいろいろ感じるものがありました。
 I was sent by dispatch, and on the way home from the day, an employee told me that I had run out of wallet and wanted to check my belongings. Of course, I didn't take it, but I was asked to do the hiring part, dispatch, and inspect all belongings.
I thought I should have reported the theft before inspecting my belongings, but I was really sick.
Isn't it because your management isn't good enough?
There were various things I felt, such as frustration and regret about what was suspected, and the response of the dispatched staff who did not hesitate.
