★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで予約して訪問した際、電話で受付た他のお客とダブルブッキングしていたとの事でサービスを受けられず…。「タイミングの問題でたまにあるんです」と言っていたけど、分かっているならなおさらの事、なぜ電話受付後に確認しないのか。把握している問題に対する対策もとらず問題を放置し、ダブルブッキングのお客の時間を無駄にさせる姿勢は解せない。
1年近く前の事になりますが…。改善されている事を期待します。
When I made a reservation on the net and visited, I could not receive the service because I was double booking with other customers who accepted by phone .... "I am occasionally on the issue of timing," but if you understand, why not do so after receiving the call? We can not understand the attitude of wasting problems without taking measures against grasping problems and wasting double booking customers' time.
It will be nearly a year ago .... I hope that it is being improved.
