★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 示談交渉に8か月もかかった上に、賠償を相手方に押し切られました。万が一の為に保険金を支払っているのに、その万が一の時に役に立たないのであれば契約の意味がありません。
交渉のプロとは思えません。
