高	高橋さん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話受付の方の案内が不親切。手続き後に必要な書類の案内が無かったため、手間と時間が無駄にかかった。その事を問い合わせる為にもう一度電話したが、満足のいく回答は得られなかった。忽然とした対応だったので、担当部署まで電話が繋がればきちんとした案内は受けられるのだろう、と思った。 The guidance from the telephone receptionist is unfriendly. It was a waste of time and effort because there was no guidance on the necessary documents after the procedure. I called again to inquire about it, but I didn't get a satisfactory answer. It was a sudden response, so I thought that if I could reach the department in charge, I would be able to receive proper guidance.
