手前がカウンター席で奥に板間の座敷がある。 座敷は20人位は使用出来そう。 雰囲気がよくて、料理も美味しかったです???

落ち着いた雰囲気のお店。 コロナの影響でカウンターに数名の他は奥の広間に我々以外居なかった。店内は空気を回す縦型扇風機が設置されており、店内の空気を良く回していた。もちろん、換気扇も常時稼働。 個人的には店の入口に網戸を設置して半解放し、奥の広間の窓をどこか一カ所開けておいてもらえると、換気面でより安心して楽しめると思う。 老夫婦二人で切り盛りしていて、ご主人は物腰の柔らかな方、奥さんはニコニコと上品な印象だった。以前はもう何人かスタッフがいたが客数に合わせているのだろう。 店名の通り「和」な内装。入口縦格子の引き戸をカラリと開けると下足棚があり、奥の広間に向かう通路左手に分厚い木製カンウターがある。 カンウターは5名掛けくらい、広間は黒い角テーブル4座席が4つほど。大きなテーブルもあった気がするので、広間は最大20名くらいいけそう。 他の方の感想にもあったがモツ煮込が旨かった。 モツは大きめながら、よく煮込んでありとても柔らかかったし、臭みもなかった。好きな方には大盛り推奨。 焼き鳥はネギマが良かった。鶏肉がジューシーで柔らかく、二本頼めば良かったと後悔した。本当はレバー、砂肝が目当てだったが、少し冷えてから食べたせいか以前の記憶より劣るものだった。 推測だがコロナの影響で客足が減り、ロスを抑える為に新鮮なものを毎日仕入れる事が出来ないのかも知れない。 あとここのおすすめは、ひな鳥唐揚(半身)のブツ切が旨かった!香ばしく揚がっており、ガーリックをたっぷり振りかけてかぶりついてから、ナマを流し込んだ。良く揚げてあるので小骨はサクサクかみ砕けた。やっぱいいよね骨付きの肉にかぶりつくのは。
A shop with a calm atmosphere. Due to the influence of Corona, there were only a few people at the counter other than us in the back hall. A vertical fan was installed inside the store to rotate the air well. Of course, the ventilation fan is always in operation. Personally, I think that if you install a screen door at the entrance of the store and open it halfway, and have the window in the back hall open somewhere, you can enjoy it with more peace of mind in terms of ventilation. The two elderly couples were working together, and the husband had a soft demeanor, and the wife had a smile and an elegant impression. There used to be some staff, but it probably matches the number of customers. As the name suggests, the interior is "Japanese". When you open the sliding door of the entrance vertical lattice, you will find a lower leg shelf, and a thick wooden canter on the left side of the aisle leading to the hall in the back. The counter seats about 5 people, and the hall has 4 black corner tables and 4 seats. I think there was a big table, so it seems that the hall can accommodate up to 20 people. The stewed offal was delicious, as was the impression of other people. Although the offal was large, it was well cooked, very soft, and had no odor. Recommended for those who like it. Yakitori had good Negima. The chicken was juicy and tender, and I regretted that I should have ordered two. Actually, I was aiming for liver and gizzard, but it was inferior to my previous memory probably because I ate it after it got a little cold. It is speculated that the number of customers has decreased due to the influence of corona, and it may not be possible to purchase fresh food every day in order to reduce losses. Also, the recommendation here was that the fried chicken (half body) was cut into pieces! It was savory and fried, sprinkled with plenty of garlic and bitten, then poured raw. It was fried well so the small bones were crispy and crushed. After all it's good to stick to meat with bones.
