ぽ	ぽん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 従業員の方々の路上喫煙、歩きタバコ、タバコのポイ捨てが目に余ります。会社名の印字されたユニフォームを着たまま柏駅周辺でも歩きタバコをしているので企業イメージが悪すぎます。職場が近いためすれ違わないように迂回することができません。タバコの臭いや煙で具合が悪くなります。吸っていない人も健康被害を受けます。長年我慢してきましたが、いっこうに改善されないので投稿しました。市の条例違反ですよ。 Employees are overwhelmed by street smoking, walking cigarettes, and littering of cigarettes. I am walking around Kashiwa Station while wearing a uniform with the company name printed on it, so I have a bad corporate image. I can't make a detour so I can't pass each other because my workplace is close. The smell and smoke of cigarettes make you sick. People who do not smoke also suffer health problems. I have put up with it for many years, but I posted it because it will not improve at all. It is a violation of the city regulations.
S	S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここで家を紹介してもらい購入したのですが、物件自体はとても素晴らしく今も満足しております。しかし、契約が終わった後のアフターフォローが大変不満です。他の件も、仲介出来ますと言ってくれていた事なのでお願いしていたら１ヶ月間放置。催促をしたら当日中に返信をくれました。(これが２回続きました)。プロだと思ってお願いしたのに、出来ないなら言わないでほしい。自分で最初からやるのに。又は、早く私が気が付いて、確実に仕事が出来る上の方にお願いすればよかったのかなと思います。補足：仲介の会社を紹介してくれて、とっくに連絡してくれていたと言っていたので、私がその会社に確認の電話を入れたら、一切していなかったようです。他の人に同じ思いをして欲しくないので真剣に書いておきます。 I was introduced to the house here and bought it, but the property itself is very nice and I am still satisfied.
