新潟駅から万代橋を渡り、左側に吉野家とヤマザキデイリーさんの間を入って来ます。真っ直ぐ入って来ますと、右側にあります。初めて来る人は分かりにくいのでゆっくり走行してください。12時から17:30は出入りが出来ませんので注意してください。
一番良いのは、料金体制です。安いと思います。
私は用事がある時に使用しています。（荷物を運んだりするには良いです）日曜日は安いですし、19:00以降も安くなります。ただ、17:30にならないと出る事が出来ないのがつらいですが、仕方ないと思います。そういう場合は花屋さんをセブンイレブンの方に向かい信号を渡りますと、駐車場があります。他にも駐車場がありますので、良い所を見つけるのが良いと思います。
アーケードの中にあります。駐車場には屋根がありませんが、古町をゆっくり探索したり買い物も出来ると思います。

Cross the Bandai Bridge from Niigata Station and enter between the Yoshinoya and Yamazaki Daily on your left. When you come straight in, you will find it on your right. People who come for the first time are difficult to understand, so please drive slowly. Please note that you cannot enter or leave from 12:00 to 17:30.
The best is the fee structure. I think it's cheap.
I use it when I have a business. (Good for carrying luggage) It's cheap on Sundays, and it's cheaper after 19:00. However, it's hard to get out until 17:30, but I think it can't be helped. In such a case, head toward Seven-Eleven at the flower shop and cross the traffic light to find the parking lot. There are other parking lots, so I think it's a good idea to find a good place.
It's in the arcade. There is no roof in the parking lot, but you can explore Furumachi slowly and shop.
