T	T M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022.3.(日)18:45晴れ。並ばず入店、直ぐに座れました。着席注文制、昭和定食(中華そば、チャーハン、餃子)¥1,420-をオーダー。久々に醤油ラーメンで美味しいのに出逢えた。見た目ほど塩味は強くない醤油の旨味と脂の甘み相性が抜群。これにはファンが多いのも大いに納得。アクセスしやすい難波の店舗もとっても気になってる。ご馳走さまでした。 2022.3. (Sun) 18:45 Sunny. I entered the store without lining up and was able to sit down immediately. Seated order system, Showa set meal (Chinese noodles, fried rice, dumplings) ¥ 1,420-. It's been a while since I met a delicious soy sauce ramen. The umami of soy sauce, which is not as salty as it looks, and the sweetness of fat are excellent. I am very convinced that there are many fans for this. I'm also interested in the easy-to-access Namba stores. It was a feast.
s	shioya shigezou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3年振りにお昼ご飯で寄らせていただきました。（最近久しぶりが多いな笑）? 昼飯セットA（中華そば＋半チャーハン＋ミニ唐揚げ2個）を注文しました。しばらくしてラーメン着丼。続いて半チャーハンと唐揚げ。いつものようにまずはスープを一口。( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰ( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰなぜか懐かしい?ちょっと濃いめの昔ながらの中華そばって感じです！?背脂の甘みがまたたまりませんね。（背脂もネギも多めにしたらよかった?）麺も程よくコシがあり美味しいです！チャーシューは流行りのレアチャーシューなどではなくしっかりしたチャーシューで肉の旨味が感じられます！ミニ唐揚げは外はカリッと中はジューシーでこれまた( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰです！☺ そして半チャーハンをパクリ。( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰ( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰ( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰです！むかしからここのチャーハンは有名でめちゃくちゃ美味しいです！しっかりした味付けでナンボでも食べられます? 焼きそばも食べてみたいんですがやっぱり中華そばを頼んでしまいます。? 次回もきっとセットAでしょう。（笑） I stopped by for lunch for the first time in 3 years. (It's been a long time since recently lol) ? I ordered lunch set A (Chinese noodles + half fried rice + 2 mini fried chicken). After a while, I got a bowl of ramen. Then half fried rice and fried chicken. As always, start with a bite of soup. (ﾟ Д ﾟ) Ummer (ﾟ Д ﾟ) Ummer For some reason nostalgic ? It feels like a slightly dark old-fashioned Chinese noodles! ? The sweetness of the backfat is irresistible. (I wish I had a lot of lard and green onions ?) The noodles are also moderately chewy and delicious! The char siu is not a trendy rare char siu, but a solid char siu that you can feel the taste of meat! The mini fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, which is also (ﾟ Д ﾟ) warm! ☺ And half fried rice is pakuri. (ﾟ Д ﾟ) Ummer (ﾟ Д ﾟ) Ummer (ﾟ Д ﾟ) Ummer! Kids loved the Karaage chicken and gyoza. The servings are generous, plenty of pork. In a week, if we can get back a 3rd time, we will.
