この時間帯でも結構満席状態でしたが、スムーズに入れました。
早速、四川式よだれ鶏セット(1200円)を注文。
めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです♡
パクチーが苦手なのでネギに変更してもらいました。
鶏はしっとり柔らかくて、たっぷりのタレでご飯がすすむすすむ！
ご飯おかわり無料なので、おかわりしちゃいました！
タレ、濃いですが、美味しすぎます！！
他のも美味しそうなので、また行きたいです☆

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ よく娘といかせてもらっています。大体並んでるけれど、回転が超早いのでそんなに待つ事はないですね。注文して結構すぐに出てくる。効率良く考えられているなぁと感心です。酢豚、麻婆豆腐、よだれ鳥が美味しくてオススメです。今回は酢豚セットにミニ麻婆、娘はミニよだれ鳥。麻婆豆腐はそこまで痺れ系でもなく、めちゃ辛いわけでもなく、比較的食べやすいかと思います。サラダとスープ、杏仁豆腐までついてきて大満足。セットだけだと少し寂しい気がするので、セットプラスミニで何か注文するととっても豪華になりますよ。

四川の麻婆豆腐を探す旅 ふたつ目
道に迷い、開店直後を狙いそびれ、まあまあの人が並ぶ。
店内は広くて席数もそこそこあって、スタッフの皆さんもテキパキサービスされています。優しいスタッフさんばかりで、とても活気があって良いお店です。
さて、お目当ての麻婆豆腐。ランチの麻婆豆腐セット1300円を注文。よだれ鶏で有名なお店のようで、多くの人はよだれ鶏セットです。
お味は、シビレ麻婆豆腐というよりは、辣油の辛さ。八角のような風味が鼻から抜ける。お肉の旨味と味噌の旨味、程よい辛さがバランスが良い。
片栗粉でとろみをつけないサラッとした仕上がり。
高級な、エレガントな味と表現しましょう。
ご飯が足りなくなって、お代わりしようか迷いました。乙女の恥じらいでやめときましたが、無料でお代わりうけつけてくれるのかな？
私の探し求めるシビレ麻婆豆腐とはちょっと違いました。
ただ、美味しいことは間違いなく、好みの問題だけです。とても良いお店。ごちそうさまでした！

The taste is the spiciness of chili oil rather than the sweetbread mapo tofu. The star anise-like flavor comes out of the nose. The umami of meat, the umami of miso, and the moderate spiciness are well-balanced.
A smooth finish that does not thicken with potato starch.
Express it as a high-class, elegant taste.
I ran out of rice and was wondering if I should replace it. I stopped because of the embarrassment of the maiden, but will you accept me for free?
It was a little different from the sweetbread mapo tofu I was looking for.

運良く、並ぶことなく入ることができましたが、12時過ぎるとサラリーマンの方なども来店されるため、列ができていました。
土日も待ち時間は発生するものの、回転率がいいので何時間も並ぶ、といったことはありません。
お店は地下にあるので分かりにくいかもしれません。
各席にはパーティションが設置されており、最低限のコロナ対策はされています。
今回はよだれ鶏の定食を注文しました。
いつ食べても美味しく、少し辛いですが辛いものが苦手な方でも大丈夫な範囲かなと思います。
また、パクチーをネギに変えてもらうこともできます。
白ごはんはおかわり自由です。

Enjoyed the dimsum. The chicken was a tad sweeter than I'd like and lacked the punch you would otherwise find in authentic Sichuan food, but the right flavors are there. The peppers were fried and perfectly edible.
Will come back to try other dishes and ask for more spice.Service was quick and staff was polite.
