★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 火災保険の銀行引き落とし手続きを6月14日に行っていたのに、3ヶ月経って振込用紙が送られてきました。理由がわからず支店に確認すると、引き落としが間に合いませんでしたので振り込んで下さいと言われました。払込期日は7月末日でしたので、1ヶ月半は時間があったのだからそれはおかしいと伝えたのですが、間に合いませんでしたとしか返答がありません。銀行に確認したところ8月7日に本社に申し込み用紙が届き8月8日に手続きが完了しておりますとのことでした。銀行さんからは、申し訳ありませんでしたと言われましたが、損保ジャパンさんからは、なぜそうなったのか説明はありませんでした。思うに、1ヶ月半も時間があったのに、損保ジャパンの方で手続きをし忘れていたのではないでしょうか。それなのに振込用紙には、かねてよりご案内しておりますが、お振込が云々と書いてあります。お金に関することなんだからきちんとした仕事をしてください！できなかったことは素直に謝ればいい。たったそれだけのことができない職員がいる。
The bank transfer procedure for fire insurance was done on June 14, but three months later, the transfer form was sent. I didn't understand the reason and I checked with the branch office. The payment date was the end of July, so I told him that it was strange because there was time for a month and a half. After confirming with the bank, the application form arrived at the head office on August 7, and the procedure was completed on August 8. The bank told me that I was sorry, but Sompo Japan didn't explain why it happened. I think that Sompo Japan forgot to complete the procedure even though it took a month and a half. Nevertheless, the transfer form has been informed for some time, but the transfer is written on it. Do a decent job because it's about money! You can apologize for not being able to do it. Some staff can't do that much.
