★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長年お世話になってきました。どんなに混雑していても、「お待たせしました。こちらへどうぞ！」と明るく席へ案内してくれて、
話を聞いて必要な商品を探してくれたり、
限定商品は必ずこちらて予約してました。
買い物が楽しかった。
お化粧は楽しいと思わせてくれるスタッフの方々でした。
スタッフ総入れ替えになってからは
対応が雑になりました。
最初に席に案内することはまずない。
立ったまま、聞かれたことには答えるけど
それ以上はやらない。黙って立っている。
無言で早く決めよね、買うなら。
そんな威圧感を感じて、本当にDiorなのか？
あの楽しい空間はどこへ？
どのスタッフも似たり寄ったり。
ここで買いたいと思わなくなり
買っても有り難みがありません。
またスタッフ総入れ替えがあれば
甦るのでしょうか？
場所だけ良くて残念なお店でいるうちは
買ってよかったと思える他店に
行きます。
