10種類程度で13時までには売切れ。
弁当は店内定食メニューの一部です。
店内なら刀削麺720円〜がベター。
6種類＋季節メニューあります。
量は弁当も店内メニューも多めです。
味の評価は人それぞれですが、私は好きです。

Spicy noodles that are a little ethnic thanks to coriander. The messy way of cutting the sword-cut noodles is entwined with the soup and is very delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大門駅から直結の日本生命浜松町クレアタワー3階にある店舗。オフィスビル内なので昼時は並びますが、中華なので回転は良いです。各テーブルに紙エプロンとおしぼりあり。麻辣刀削麺（税込720円）を頼みましたが、想像通り食べたかった味を食べられて満足でした。
A store located on the 3rd floor of Nippon Seimei Hamamatsucho Clare Tower directly connected to Daimon Station. It's inside an office building, so it's lined up at noon, but it's Chinese, so it's a good spin. Each table has a paper apron and a towel. I asked for a savory sword noodle (720 yen including tax), but I was satisfied with the taste I wanted to eat as expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで連れてってもらいました。西安料理ですって。刀削麺を出すお店です。麻婆豆腐も有名みたい。写真は麻辣刀削麺。見た目ほど辛くないです。値段が安いと思った。立地、テナントで見てもこれの720円は割安感。おかげで高菜ご飯200円で追加して、同僚と半分こしてスープにぶち込みました。悪魔的中毒性。同僚の食べていた排骨刀削麺は骨付きリブを八角でやわらかーく煮込んだのが乗っていてパクチーと最強に合いました。パクチー追加は100円です。
しかし刀削麺てゆうのはズバリうどん。

I thought the price was cheap. Even if you look at the location and tenants, this 720 yen is a bargain. Thanks to that, I added the mustard rice for 200 yen and rubbed it halfway with my colleague and poured it into the soup. Devilish addiction. The pork ribs that my colleague was eating had ribs with bones simmered softly in an octagon, which was the strongest match with coriander. Addition of coriander is 100 yen.
However, the sword-cut noodles are Zubari udon.

美味しかったです。
大盛り、パクチー増しでオーダー。
洗面器か？と言う位の器で食べ応えがありました。
酸味は殆ど無く、麺も不揃いなところが更に美味しかったです。
川崎に20年位前に「リュウジャ」と言うお店があり、そこと似たような味に懐かしさがありました。

There was almost no sourness, and the noodles were even more delicious.
About 20 years ago, there was a shop called "Ryuja" in Kawasaki, and I missed the taste similar to that.
