★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで二度縮毛矯正の施術を失敗されました。
一度目は全体的に髪の根元が折れてしまっていて、二度目の施術前に気を付けてほしいと伝えましたが、
二度目はもっとひどい根元折れで、そのダメージから一部の髪が根元からごっそりと切れてしまいました。
そんな酷い状態なのに、とぼけるような態度で失敗を認めず、謝ることもせず、投げやりに返金されるだけでした。
今後二度と利用しませんし、おすすめしません。
 I have failed twice the hair straightening treatment here.
At first I told that I had the whole hair base broken and I want you to be careful before the second treatment,
The second time was a more awful root break, and from that damage some of the hair has been cut from the root.
Even in such a cruel condition, I did not admit failure with a vague attitude, did not apologize, and was only refunded by throwing.
I will not use it again in the future, and I do not recommend it.
