印鑑が違うんですよとキレ気味に言われて凄く不快でした
2回目の時それを言わないそちらにも不備はあったのではないでしょうか？
This is the 4th time for me who didn't know that because the seal was different and the withdrawal examination did not pass.

I think there was something wrong with that that didn't say it the second time.

家賃と敷金で12万預けており、退去後の返金を待っていたが、見積書も清算書も何も貰えずに後日5万ちょっと振り込まれていた。
内訳がわからないと問い合わせると「清算書出すの忘れてました」と一言。
壁に一ヶ所穴を開けてしまったのでその修繕費が3割負担で3万4千円、＋クリーニング代。ということは実際の修繕費は11万以上かかったことになるが…ボッタクリすぎ。
穴の写真も残しておりサイズも測ってあったため試しに業者に見積もり出してみたところ「この程度なら1万7千円で修理できます」とのこと。
修繕費として引かれた額の合計が返金されるはずの家賃と1円単位でぴったりの金額になっており、明らかに向こうの都合のいいように調整されていた。
居住中水道トラブルがあったときも何やかんや理由つけてなかなか業者を呼んでくれず1ヶ月不便を強いられた。
結局ほかの部屋でも苦情が続出しやっと対応してたけど。
The worst company.
I had deposited 120,000 with rent and security deposit, and I was waiting for a refund after moving out, but I received a little 50,000 at a later date without receiving any quotation or settlement.
When I inquired that I didn't know the breakdown, he said, "I forgot to write the settlement."
I made a hole in the wall, so the repair cost is 34,000 yen with a 30% burden, plus a cleaning fee. That means that the actual repair cost was over 110,000, but ... it's too rip-off.
I also left a picture of the hole and measured the size, so when I tried to quote it to a contractor, he said, "If this is the case, it can be repaired for 17,000 yen."
The total amount deducted for repairs was exactly the same as the rent that should be refunded in units of 1 yen, and it was clearly adjusted for convenience over there.
Even when I had a water supply problem during my residence, I was forced to inconvenience for a month because I couldn't call a contractor for some reason.
After all, complaints continued in other rooms and I finally responded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休日の午前中に訪問しました。私1人で入ったのですが、活気はあまりなく、男性社員の方は立ったままコーヒを呑んで他の社員の人と雑談して大きな声で笑ってました。仕事に関係のない話のようでしたし、お客さんがいる中で緊張感があまりにも無かった。いい物件を紹介してもらえるような感じもしなかったので、他の不動産に行くことにしました。
I visited in the morning of the holiday. I entered by myself, but it wasn't very lively, and the male employee was standing, drinking coffee, chatting with other employees, and laughing out loud. It seemed like a story that had nothing to do with work, and I wasn't too nervous in the presence of customers. I didn't feel like being introduced to a good property, so I decided to go to another real estate.
