★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 噴水が有っても真夏でも水が出てないし、雑草だらけ。手入れもしてないのかな？虫に刺されそうで車から降りたくない。駐車場は近くのアパートの住人が勝手に我が物顔で使ってるし、最近は車を止めようにも止められない。カラーコーンが置いてある。

勘違いをされている方がいますが、この公園に噴水はありません。水を除水するための穴？が公園の中央にあります。きっと大雨の時の備えでしょうね。
公園内にはベンチが5、6箇所あります。夜の8時半頃まで電気が点いているので、夜も落ち着いて過ごせるかと思います。
It seems to be a place of relaxation for the townspeople.
Some people have misunderstood that there is no fountain in this park. A hole for removing water? Is in the center of the park. I'm sure it will be prepared for heavy rain.
There are 5 or 6 benches in the park. The electricity is on until about 8:30 at night, so I think you can spend the night calmly.
