★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京王線の飛田給駅北口を出てすぐ右にまっすぐ（線路を右手に新宿方面）歩くと角にあります．ちょっと小さめの駐車スペースがあります．自転車などがおいてあったりして少々駐車しにくいこともあります．
ちなみに，調布市役所の市民課で取り扱う証明書の交付窓口にもなっており，以下の証明書が取得可能となっています．
・全部・個人事項証明(戸籍謄抄本)
・戸籍の附票の写し
・住民票の写し （マイナンバー(個人番号)・住民票コードは，記載できない）
・印鑑登録証明書 （印鑑の登録はできない）
From the north exit of Tobitakyu Station on the Keio Line, walk straight to the right (toward Shinjuku on the right side of the railroad track) and you will find it on the corner. There is a slightly smaller parking space. It may be a little difficult to park because there are bicycles etc.
By the way, it also serves as a certificate issuance window handled by the Citizen's Division of Chofu City Hall, and the following certificates can be obtained.
・ Proof of all personal matters (copy of family register)
・ A copy of the attached slip of the family register
・ Copy of resident's card (My number (individual number) and resident's card code cannot be entered)
・ Seal registration certificate (seal cannot be registered)
