★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生活の事で相談に伺ったが、以前面談で相談に乗ってくれた方はこちらの事を考えながら動いてくれたが、今日分からない事が出てきて相談に行ったら、その方がいなくて、代わりの人に話を聞いてもらったら、無理出来ないと言うようなニュアンスが伝わってきて腹立った。
対応が異なるとか困るんだけど。
こちらが真面目に話してるのにヘラヘラ笑ってるし。
真面目に聞いてくれる方もいるが、そういう人間のせいで悪く思えてしまう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナの影響なのか、出入口の数を制限しているが、出入口の幅が900しかない片引き扉で、そこを中に入る人と外に出る人の両方が使っているので、すれ違いや滞留が多く、意味がない。もう少し考えるべき。入口と出口を分けて、2か所にした方がまだ良い。

おばさん職員には気付いていても知らないフリ、一言何か言えばいいのに見て見ぬふりを何度もされました。
2階入り口の受付のかたのかたの対応がいつも丁寧な分、窓口の対応はいかがなことかと思うことが多々。
