お水も出て来ないし、料理も20分以上待ちました……
味も全然美味しくなくて、だし巻き玉子はぐちゃぐちゃ……中まで焼けてませんでした。
とにかくもう行けません…………
Honestly ………… I don't want to go anymore (T_T)
No water came out and I waited for more than 20 minutes to cook ...
The taste wasn't delicious at all, and the omelet rolls were messed up ... I couldn't burn them to the middle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼間はうどん屋、夜は日本酒と料理のマリアージュを楽しめるという一風変わった居酒屋。
店主に伺うと，うどんは香川県の名店｢山越うどん｣から仕入れた麺を使用しているとのこと（2020年8月29日）。
日本酒は地元の｢諏訪泉｣のほか、静岡の｢開運｣、香川の｢凱陣｣、広島の｢竹鶴｣、奈良の｢風の森｣、石川の｢宗玄｣、埼玉の｢神亀｣等、造りのしっかりした本物志向の純米無濾過生原酒を中心にした品揃え（写真参照。店主に頼んで並べて貰いました）です。冷蔵庫から出したばかりの冷えたお酒も，程よく燗した酒も出してくれますが，店主のおすすめは燗酒．程よく温められた酒はどれも実に美味しく華開きます。
実は店主の杉田さんは｢究極の日本酒（花伝社）｣という単行本を出されている程の日本酒通です。
是非｢○○（日本酒名）に合う料理は何ですか？｣というように注文してみてください。そして〆は｢カレーうどん｣に「凱陣」という、他では楽しめない究極の讃岐マリアージュを楽しんで下さい。
お店の｢真菜板｣は1982年に東京･高田馬場で開店した有名店です。

ハンバーグは手作りのようで美味しい。
店内は全体的に掃除が行き届いていなくて小汚ない感じ。トイレはめちゃくちゃ汚い。掃除せずにアルコールスプレーを振り撒いているようなトイレ。トイレがホントに汚い

家族で初めて訪問しましたが、注文してから20分たっても料理は出てきませんでした。挙げ句、カラッカラの黒焦げの（調理したことを忘れていたのでしょう）唐揚げ定食が出てきました。主人も私も同じものを頼みましたが、どちらも黒焦げでした。
子供は「苦い、、」と一口でやめました。
お店の方は優しい人でしたが、普通お金を払っている人にこんな料理は出さないと思います。
