今日もそんな気分になったのでサバとヒラマサのお寿司を購入しました。
サバは脂がのっていて美味しく、しつこさも感じません。良い感じに酸っぱいのが効いているのだと思います。
合間にヒラマサを食べましたがこれも美味しい。あっさりした味が脂やお酢で消されるのではと思いましたがそんなことは無く、こちらも美味しく頂けました。ちょうど良いバランスになっているのだと思いました。
