★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まさに、悪徳不動産屋でした。この不動産屋から新築一戸建ての家を購入しました。引き渡しの日に、室内のクリーニングをしていないのと、外壁にヒビがあったので、それを現場に来た男性従業員、確か川島かな、に言うと、回答は、何時かはヒビも入りますから、とのこと。俺の買ったのは新築のはずだが⁉️更に住み始めると、台所の仕切り板がない。それを言うと、同じ男が来て、ご免なさいの謝罪もなく、面倒くさそうに板を取り付け、黙って帰って行った。最悪なのは、サッシ戸と天井からの雨漏り‼️これを言っても、同じ男が来て、想定外の雨でした、とのこと。修理も保証もなし。呆れ果てました。皆さん、このような悪徳不動産屋には、十分気を付けてください。
It was a bad real estate agent. I bought a new single-family home from this real estate agent. When I said that, the same man came, and without apologizing for excuse me, I attached the board in a troublesome manner and went home silently. The worst thing is a leak from the sash door and ceiling! ️ Even if I say this, the same man came and it was an unexpected rain. No repairs or warranty. I was completely amazed. Everyone, please be careful about such a bad real estate agent.
