★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小さな山ですが、軽い散歩には充分な負荷になります。散歩するくらいしかすることないかもしれません。山頂からの景色は綺麗です。
 It's a small mountain, but it's a sufficient load for a light walk. You may only have to take a walk. The view from the top of the mountain is beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中央の昭和山（標高33メートル）に向かってらせん状に登っていく、独特の構造を持った公園ですね。高低差があるので散歩するだけでもそこそこの運動になりそうです。
It is a park with a unique structure that spirally climbs toward Mt. Showa (elevation 33 meters) in the center. Since there is a difference in elevation, it seems that just taking a walk will be a decent exercise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くに住んでおられるなら散策にはうってつけの都市公園(無料)です。昭和山の頂上からは360度(東側は団地あり)好展望でベンチもあり気持ち良く過ごせます。スロープもゆるやかですので歩き易く日々の散歩道としても利用出来そうです。
If you live nearby, this city park is perfect for a walk (free of charge). From the top of Mt. Showa, there is a 360-degree view (there is a housing complex on the east side), and there are benches so you can spend your time comfortably. Since the slope is gentle, it is easy to walk and it seems that it can be used as a daily walking path.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very nice park in Taisho-Ku where I stayed during my visiting to Osaka. I enjoyed watching kids playing soccer on weekend and I enjoyed walking around the park in the morning. From the top of the hill there’s harbour view, locals were very friendly and peaceful.
