★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 健康維持の為に週に2，3回トレーニングルームでランニングや筋トレをしています。ロッカー，シャワーは無料。コロナ対策も行われています。昼間はそれほど混むことがなく，快適にトレーニングできます。
I run and train in the training room two or three times a week to maintain my health. Lockers and showers are free. Corona measures are also being taken. It is not so crowded during the day and you can train comfortably.
