午後の夕方ごろにお伺いしましたが店員さんのおじさんオーナーが一人でお店をしてまして何気に慌ただしい感じでした。
ビールは生ビールは取り扱ってませんでした瓶ビールのみです。

チェーン店などで食べる酢豚より少し甘めでした〜
ただ定食でついてきたスープが味濃かったので星四です！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餃子は味がない。味噌ラーメンはコクがない。チャーハンもイマイチ。しょうゆラーメンはまぁ普通に食べられる。

あっさり塩味スープ。
茹で加減やわらかめな中細チョイ縮れ麺。
ほとんど味付けのしていない、豚ロースのあっさりチャーシュー。
カマボコ。
ナルト。
野菜炒め。
キクラゲ。
メンマ。
エビ。
茹で玉子半分。
刻みネギ。
昭和な店の特徴なのか、全体的にあっさりしたヘルシーな作り。
途中から酢と胡椒で自分風にアレンジ。
美味しくいただきました⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日のランチにて利用。12時前に入店しましたが既に複数のお客さんもいたこと、店主が一人で切り盛りしていることもあり料理が出てくるまで20分超掛かりました。
料理は美味しかったのですが時間に余裕ないときは注意が必要です。
また、キッチン周辺が散らかっており、店内も油汚れが目立つ感じでした。
Used for weekday lunch. I entered the store before 12:00, but it took more than 20 minutes for the food to come out because there were already several customers and the store owner had been preparing it alone.
The food was delicious but you need to be careful when you don't have enough time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 布巾やエプロンは汚れたら新しいものに交換、レンゲとか黒ずんでるやつも交換、店内の片付けは迅速にした方がいいと思う。一人で切り盛りしていてもそういうのは大切かと。
If the cloth or apron gets dirty, replace it with a new one, replace the apron or the darkened one, and clean up the store quickly. I wonder if it's important to do that even if you're cutting it all by yourself.

調理接客男性一人。
ネットで画像を拝見してこちらへ。初めての街。
駅近だけど意外と分かりにくかったです。
五目そば
野菜たっぷり。優しい味。ちょっと薄味。
どちらかと言えばタンメン？って感じ。
麻婆豆腐
薄い色で期待しなかったけど薄味。
後から辛みがどっと。お肉はいっぱい。
もうちょっと旨味が有ると。
一人でされてるからお昼時てんやわんや。
他の方のクチコミ見てたから
その通りかなり待たされた。
店内はそんなに乱雑でもない。
普通の家って感じ。
