予定の午前10:00に到着すると営業開始は、9:00からのはずなのに店舗の照明が付いていなかったのは、マイナス。
法人客（ディーラーなど）がメインで店舗は、一応してるという感じの店構えでした。ﾌﾞﾘｼﾞｽﾄﾝのタイヤ館なんかとは違いますね。倉庫内が見えて、在庫のタイヤが多数。
作業は、手際良く早くて到着後35分前後。電話で料金詳細を確認していたからか、作業後の明細は渡されただけ… 初めての客なんだから説明して欲しかったね。
私の依頼（外したタイヤのひび割れを見せてもらった）にも質問にも丁寧に応えてくれくれたので、全般的には満足しました。
