お昼はもう終わりと、
いったところでしたが、お愛想よく
食事させて頂きました。
火をもう落としておられたと思いますが、
おでんも、うどんも、
少し冷めた感じでしたので、
残念でした。
次回はお昼に間に合うように訪れたいですね。
うどんつゆは、甘めで、
優しい味でした。
店内はとても綺麗で気分も良い感じでした。
時間が過ぎて、のれんを下ろされるタイミングでしたが、とても気分の良い接客を受けました。

セルフでうどんを大釜で温めてどんぶりに盛り（数は好きなだけ入れても料金は一緒）サイドメニューを選んでお会計します。
おすすめのサイドメニューはキンピラごぼうをうどんにドボンしてください。
出汁に深みがでてキンピラの肉が肉うどんみたく変身します。
さらにネギ（無料）と天かす（無料）を2杯ずつ入れるともう最強です。
ここのうどんは中毒性が高く週に一度通いたくなります。いや通ってます。
間違いなく、四国南予一帯でも上位のうどん屋の一つです。
