受付の人の対応が底辺。なんであんなに偉そうにできるのか。無駄に年だけとってるだけで何もできない人。対応は最低です。不快感しかない。他のお客さんも逆に受付の人に気をつかってた。もうここにはお世話にならない。

緊急時に対応して頂きました。 受付の方も先生も物腰が柔らかく、他の方の口コミにあるような悪い対応は一切ありませんでしたよ。 詳しく説明して頂き、安心して帰ることができました。

初めての来院。院内に案内された後、病院の電話が鳴り案内した人が電話対応し、その電話(完全予約制の為、予約の電話)が終わるまで待たされた。受付は複数人いるのに、保険証貰って問診票を渡すぐらいの対応出来ないのか最初に少し不信感をもった。 その後、問診票を個人情報の一部を除いて、来院や既往歴を書き提出したが、あとで名前を呼ばれ、個人情報の全情報の記載をお願いされた。書きたくないと数回意思表示をしたが、間接的に「全て書かないと診察しませんよ」と最後は強い口調で記載を強制された。事情があって書きたくない人もいるだろうし、現に自分も今まで同じことで他の病院で言われたことはない。こんなひどい病院は初めて。そこまで言われて診療されたくないので、こちらから診療を断り病院を後にした。 病院に行って逆に気分が悪くなった。当然子供は連れて行かないし、絶対に自分の周りの人には勧めない。

Of course, I don't take my kids, and I definitely don't recommend them to anyone around me.
