愛犬の注射やノミダニの薬など、一つ一つ丁寧に説明してくれ、どれが合っているか一緒に考えてくれました。
愛犬を一番に考えて、いいものをお願いしたいけれど決して安いものではないので、きちんと説明を受け、今の生活に合うものを考えてもらってとても満足しています。

受付の対応が悪い。
雨の日でも外（駐車場）にタオルが干しっぱなし。

こちらの希望もほとんど聞かず、ペットの命に関わることなんで、出来る検査、治療をお願いしても素直にやってくれない、金の亡者。
最終的に見て貰って2日後に愛猫は死にました。尿検査お願いしてるのに、出た尿捨てるとかありえますか？

血液検査の前は前日から絶食、おしっこはレンゲなどで取るよう指導されましたが食欲の落ちた体調の悪い老猫を見てもらうにはむかないと思いました
それと酷い貧血です、と言われたのに治療はしなかったのが疑問です
