塩ラーメン頂きました。
アッサリ目でなかなかよかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チャーシュー麺の塩と醤油を頂きました！塩はスープが透明できらきら輝いてお出汁もきいてチャーシューはほろほろでめちゃくちゃ美味しい！相方は醤油味。お出汁がきいて美味しすぎて、スープ飲み干してました！
ネギ辛チャーシュー丼をランチセットで付けましたが、これまた最高でした！
ご馳走様でした！

一人分づつになっていて感心しました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩ラーメンのセットと、中華そばのセットを頼みました。二つともＢセットで丼ものが付いてきます。選んだのはピリ辛ねぎ焼豚と唐揚げでした。まず、塩ラーメンはマジ最高に旨し！ここの塩ラーメンは一生に一度は食べるべき！星6個ですね(笑)しかも無駄なクセがないのでスープがぐいぐい飲めます。中華そばはこれも引けをとらず美味しいです！でもまずは塩を、おすすめします。唐揚げ丼は宮崎地鶏の塩ラーメンの店なんでやはり唐揚げ上手いです。唐揚げだけでも店出せますね(笑)ピリ辛焼豚は焦がした感じがやみつきになりますね。

You should eat salt ramen here once in a lifetime! It's 6 stars (laughs) And since there is no useless habit, you can drink soup a lot. Chinese soba is as delicious as this one! But first of all, I recommend salt. The fried chicken bowl is a salt ramen shop of Miyazaki local chicken, so it's still good at fried chicken. You can open a store just by fried chicken (laughs) Spicy roast pork is addictive to the charred feeling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週末の夜に訪問、ラッキーなことに席が空いていすぐ座れたけど、数分後には満席。タイミングが悪ければ待つことあり。
注文は「中華そば」、塩ラーメンと悩んだ末に決める。でも良かった！とにかく美味しかった。
アッサリなんだけど、魚介出汁の旨味スープ。一度飲んだら止まらん。麺はパツパツとした歯ごたえで、スープとの絡みがいい。
チャーシューは柔らかいトロミを感じつつ、ホロホロとしたかたさも残しつつ、1枚で色んな食感が楽しめる。
メンマ好きなので、メンマは増しで。このメンマは食べてみて！くせになる美味しさです。

It was brilliant as the meat was very thickly sliced, plenty of slices and tasted soft and delicious.
The noodles were firm and not too soft and were nicer packed in.
Unlike other ramen, there wasn’t so much broth so less liquid but much more meat and noodle.
The place is called Shokaku, so its appropriate that in the waiting area you can see the a model of the WW2 imperial Japanese navy aircraft carrier of the same name, alongside two Kantai Collection figures.
